Rob Clark
The Osborne Pk Singles was played in the same format as the State Singles.

Tic Toc Clark or should we say GK (giant killer) Clark

We can't publish who played in the sections but we do have the section winners and the first round winners.

Sorry but we have no scores other than what you see below

The defending Champ John Goddard and winner of five of the last six Club Singles Championships was defeated by Paul Butler in the first round game after section play.

The very little bit I saw of the game was toward the end, Paul Butler was playing outstanding bowls in extremely windy conditition but you would not have thought there was any wind and hard to believe that anyone could get their bowls as close as he was getting them considering the conditions.

Paul Butler is no slouch when it comes to singles play and it was back in N.S.W that he had a huge win which happened to be against Arron Sherif in his Zone to qualify to play in the NSW State Singles. We all are aware of Arron Sherif's abilty

Lewis GRIGGLewis Grigg (PICTURED) has a big game when he meets Paul Butler in his next game. Young Lewis has been a very good player for OP playing as a leader in the Premier League side

Another big game was between State Pairs winner Rob Lawrence and Dave Appleton which went the distance to see Rob Lawrence victorious. Sherro played the Big Apple in the sectionplay and was soundly trounced.

Probably the biggest surprise was the win of Tic Toc Rob Clark who firstly rolled the best player in W.A at the moment Wings Evans and if that wasn't enough he banged out Paul "Vulchaaarr" Pendergast in his next game. Looking at the draw ahead he could surprise a few more

Pat Caffell had a good win to defeat his skip in pennants when he got past Kevin Pickering and that is usually a hard thing to do

Gordon King, a very good singles player defeated Steve O`Neil is another who is no slouch in singles games to set up a dream contest against Gary Caffell.

A further look at the draw see's some very good games to be played and who ever wins the singles this year will well and truly have earned it.
